Due to the critical nature of proper installation for carbon fiber cycling components, it is important that the products that we sell are installed by a proper bicycle mechanic. We are not liable for products that were abused or installed improperly.

Carbon Concepts HAS PRICED ITS PRODUCTS UPON THE UNDERSTANDING, AND YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THE UNDERSTANDING, THAT Carbon Concepts WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY FORM OF CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF WHATEVER KIND OR TYPE ARISING FROM ANY TYPE OF COMMERCIAL, BUSINESS, ENVIRONMENTAL, TORT, WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER CAUSES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT AND/OR ITS USE.

Follow all instructions and heed all warnings accompanying any product ordered from the Site.

EMAIL RECEIPT
After you place an order by means of this site, you should receive an email acknowledgment within one business day to confirm that Carbon Concepts has accepted your order and is processing it. The email will contain the details of your order, the itemized and total amounts that will be billed to your credit card, including all applicable taxes and other charges. We are not responsible for inaccurate prices and reserve the right to refuse orders that are priced improperly. More than likely $20.99 for a carbon bicycle frame that should cost $2,099.00 is truly an error.
