Price Protection:
Carbon Concepts will protect our customer from lower prices for a period of 15 days after an item has been purchased. If an item is lowered in price within the 15 days, we will provide a credit for the difference of the purchase price. However we will not reimburse for free shipping offers.
Website Information and Pricing:
It is our intent to always represent the products as accurately as possible. The weights that we post in the descriptions are weights that we have taken from a calibrated scale and they are meant to be a solid representation of the actual products. However, we do not gurantee that a part will not be heavier by a margin of more than 15% on small items and 8% on larger items.
If a price for a unit is entered improperly and it is discovered through a product order, we have the right to refuse this order unless the proper price is paid for the item. If you can buy a $999 frame for $99, it's probably a typo. We won't freak about a .10 carbon spacer instead of $1. I think you can catch our drift.
